1. Voluntary Sponsorships

1.1 Stackfull.dev operates on a voluntary sponsorship model, where users can choose to make financial contributions to support the website and its contributors. These sponsorships are entirely voluntary and made with the understanding that they are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 While voluntary sponsorships are generally non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Therefore, we offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• A user has made a duplicate payment due to a technical error or other genuine reasons.
• A user accidentally made a sponsorship payment and contacts us promptly for a refund before the payment is processed to the beneficiaries.

3. Requesting a Refund

3.1 If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned above, please send an email to anish01kumar@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your full name and email address associated with the sponsorship payment.
• The date and amount of the sponsorship payment in question.
• Screenshot of the transaction (with sensitive information removed).
• A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

4. Timeframe for Refund Requests

4.1 To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of the date on which the sponsorship payment was made. Refund requests received beyond this timeframe will not be considered.

5. Refund Processing

5.2 Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary based on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days from the approval date.
